I enjoyed this excellent video as a transplant from the city of L.A., or what I affectionately call “Los Angles,” in So. Cal, to this strangely appealing city, people in L.A. call “Frisco,” San Francisco in Nor. Cal. I particularly enjoyed the musical message from the perspective of meeting many of you who produced, directed, filmed, gripped, lighted, edited, played the music, etc., who I have had the pleasure of working with in one way or another in our local film production industry over my twenty-five plus years, as a proud to be here San Francisco bay area resident. Wow, where do I begin? This amazing article details so many different things. Of course, it’s a perspective on Steve Jobs but it so much more. It gives a real insight into Apple and some of Steve’s thinking. The detailing of your “Apple Orchard” reminds us of some of the many products Apple has produced and the video itself showed so many of their early products. It was good to understand why the video of the first Apple Store was so light. I also enjoyed the Knowledge Navigator video which shows incredible technology. It’s always nice to see the “hippie” Bill Zarchy and the current Bill Zarchy. Thanks for another winner showcasing your OUTSTANDING writing skills.

Yes I did because I feel the same way. This was a great article and should be published for folks flying internationally for the first time (and second time and third time, etc). Please label some of your pictures as I wasn’t quite sure if Hudson Bay was the picture between #2 and #3. If it was, then what was the picture after #4?

The best part about this article, besides the fact that the two days went pretty smooth, was seeing you in action in most of the pictures.
You are right in saying that easy days don’t have as much detail as the difficult ones and there is less to say and it’s not as dramatic but I still enjoy reading the details of what you do and how you do it.

Wow, this was an eye opener as to what really goes on in the life of a shoot beginning with the monetary restraints that placed you in Sao Paulo without your usual support team. By taking us through your entire day, it helps us to understand the enormous difficulties that you sometimes face vs. the regular difficulties that you normally encounter. Your ingenuity in getting around the train station issues (the fee, security, use of a different camera, etc.) was refreshing in this age of giving up too easily. I really liked the reference to the building bureaucracy (or “burro-cracy,” as Ricca termed them, because of their legendary stubbornness) because it is so true. Maybe Ricca has invented a new way to spell bureaucracy. As always, thanks for sharing the bear eating you in the EXCELLENT article.

I LOVED the pictures. They were so colorful and varied that I felt I saw a little bit of Sao Paulo. I especially enjoyed the next to last picture that showed your identical Brazilian twin.
